The Chairman of the Amasaman branch of the Ghana Private Roads and Transport Unit, GPRTU, Nii Tettey Tesaa, says the Union has adopted precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus disease among drivers and passengers.
He said they have provided hand washing facilities with soap placed at vantage places at the Terminal in accordance with the ongoing education to curb the spread of the Coronavirus across the Country.
Speaking with Ghanaian Voice at Amasaman, Nii Tettey Tesaa encouraged drivers and passengers to adhere to the measures to avoid contracting the deadly Covid-19.
He stated that the reduction in the number of passengers they carry per row will affect drivers and appealed to the government to reduce fuel prices.
Nii Tettey Tesaa also admonished Ghanaians on the need to adhere to the precautionary measures by the Ghana Health Service.
