Social Media Users Roasts Halidu Haruna For Unsavoury Comments

The National Democratic Congress 2016 Parliamentary Candidate for the Ablekuma Central Constituency, Alhaji Halidu Haruna, is being severely lampooned on social media after for a comment he post on his Facebook wall.

In the comment section of the popular social media Facebook wall on April 7, 2020, Alhaji Halidu Haruna let himself out by saying “Those asking me to come and donate PPEs to Sukura hospital, I am still paying my debt after the primaries. I will When I finish.”

This did not go down well with social media users and his political party, NDC which according to the constituents, the comments by the former PC was in a bad taste to have come out from a political leader and called on him to pulldown the post on his wall with immediate effect.

The Ablekuma Central Constituency of the NDC believes that his comments was aimed at destroying the chances of the party in the upcoming election this year.

The NDC in the constituency revealed that Halidu and his cohorts after losing the primaries last year have engaged in company for sabotaging his contender instead of calling for unity and way forward of winning back the seat for the NDC.

This the former PC have been lambasted for the comment adding that; the comment will give the NPP upper hand against the NDC during election campaign.

The constituents further believes that the NPP could use it as their campaign message and appealed to the National Executives of the party to call Halidu to order to desist from any further comment.
