The Ooni of Ife will be arriving in Ghana on Saturday January 18, 2020 to grace Chieftaincy Conferment of some prominent Yoruba personalities slated for January 19, 2020 at State House in Accra.
The ceremony will focus on Yoruba personalities who over the year brought more developmental projects and innovative ideas in helping better the life of the lots in their respective communities.
Speaking in an interview with the Ghanaian Voice in Accra, the Greater Accra regional President of Yoruba Community in Ghana, Oloye Amb. Oyeyemi Fatuyi, noted that the prominent Yoruba personalities in Ghana has ensured there is peace in their communities and peaceful coexistence among people and group.
He also use the opportunity to appealed to Yoruba Community in Ghana and to unite and foster development in their communities.
