Nungua Police On The Heels CEO Of After 5 For Discharging Fire Arms

The Kpeshie Divisional Police Command is in search for the Chief Executive Officer, CEO, of After 5 company, an alcoholic beverage Company, Francis Afotey Mensah,  for discharging arms over assassination claims at his residence over the weekend.

It would be recall that Francis Afotey Mensah addressed the media over the weekend after escaping an assassination attempt that resulted the warning shots to ward off assailants.

He also accused his Uncle, the CEO of Liberty Industries, Nii Botwe Laryea II, of being behind the attack to kill him.

Speaking in an interview with the Ghanaianvoiceonline.com in Accra, the Kpeshie Divisional Police Commander, ACP Francis Tsidi, stated that three people who have had business with Francis Mensah went to his house to look for him to thrash out business issue but they were heckled by Rexford Laryea Mensah a brother to Francis Mensah leading to Francis firing the warning shots and vandalizing the vehicle of the people.

He said the matter was later reported to his command which further proceeded to impound the damaged vehicle of the complainant.

ACP Francis Tsidi said the Police have issued a warrant to arrest the CEO of After 5 Mr. Francis Afotey Mensah and all others in connection with the shooting incident to help with investigations.

He stated that nothing so far points to the involvement of the CEO of Liberty Industries in the whole matter.

ACP Francis Tsidi said the Police has been detailed to arrest Francis Afotey Mensah, the CEO of After 5 and his accomplice.
