The New Patriotic Party (NPP) today, June 20th, 2020, organized it parliamentary elections for aspirants who want to lead the party to victory come December 7, 2020.
Some incumbent Members of Parliament have lost while some aspirant delegates have high hopes of winning the election to have lost. But all the same it an NPP affair and as President Akufo-Addo said there is no individual winners or loser because the party needs to come together as one body and make history again in the upcoming general elections.
A total of 374 aspirants contested in 168 constituencies. There were 325 men and 51 women contesting.
