La Dadekotopon MP Supports Muslim Community


The Member of Parliament, MP, for La Dadekotopon Constituency, Vincent Sowah Odotei, has donated items to three Mosques in the Constituency over the weekend.


The move was part of activities to provide relief and to support their Ramadan for the three Mosques including; Masjid Ibrahim La, La Mother Mosque and one other Mosque.

The items included five cartons of milk, twenty boxes of tea bags, five cartons of hand sanitizer, twenty-five boxes of Piccadilly biscuits, one  Veronica bucket, one hand washing bowl and ten gallons of 400ml liquid soap to each mosque.

Presenting the items, the MP expressed hope of an end to the Coronavirus Pandemic, stressing that his hope rests on the adherence of the safety and hygienic protocols directed by the government.

Mr. Odotei advised the leaders of the various mosques to encourage Muslims to do so whiles at the mosque, at home and elsewhere.

He was confident that during this time of fasting, prayer and inner reflection, the collective supplications of the children of God will amount to a miracle that will heal our world which finds itself in such trying times

The Imams of each mosques expressed their appreciation promising that the presentation which had come at an opportune time will be put to purposeful use.
