Ghana’s Economy Is On Ventilators – John Mahama

Former President and the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress, John Dramani Mahama has noted that government appointees of the Akufo-Addo administration have been doing propaganda with the Ghanaian economy.

He noted that the COVID-19 pandemic has exposed badly the economy which he said has been touted by government officials as the best in the history of Ghana.

He said the economy is in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU and on ventilators under the Akufo-Addo administration.

He further promised that his administration, that is if he wins this year’s polls, will fix all the challenges with the economy.

In a Facebook live presentation on Thursday April 23, Mr Mahama said : “Just in two months the economy has been in ICU. It is on ventilators and it needs thinking to rescue it from the ICU.

“That is why we are continuing to review what the government is doing. We will be able to recover the economy.

“Unfortunately government is doing propaganda with the economy.”
