ADAM-GH To Partner State Security To Investigate Death Of Late Richard Appiah Baah And Money Saga

The Director of Operations at the Anchoring Democracy Advocacy Movement Ghana (ADAM-GH), Ibrahim Adams and his Executive Secretary, Azubila Salam Emmanuel, have petitioned the office of the Special Prosecutor, Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO) and the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service in Accra over the strange death of the late Richard Baah Appiah.

Forthnight ago, the late Richard Baah Appiah was seen in the video that gone viral circulating on social media parking 100 and 200 Ghana Cedis denominations in a room leading to his demise.

The petition of the investigation bodies was aimed at investigating viral video circulating on social media of cash stash in a private residence believed to belonging to New Patriotic Party, NPP, officials couple with the strange death of the late Richard Baah Appiah.

Interacting with the family of the late Richard Baah Appiah, the elder sister whose name is withheld told executives of ADAM-GH that, when the video of their brother gone viral parking money, three days later he was found dead in Fiesta hotel room in Akim Manso after he and his friends went to their colleague’s wedding at Akim Manso where both of them were seen packing money.

According to the sister, the family is still in shock and yet to know what killed their brother and son in his hotel room.

According to ADAM-GH it has gathered enough information and therefore thrown challenge to the state investigating bodies to expedite actions and make some arrest immediately.

“ADAM-GH is ever willing to partner state Institutions to get to the bottom of this this case”.

” …..we assure Ghanaians to stay calm as we get into the bottom of this case”.

There is pressure on the family currently not to disclose any information concerning the death of their brother to any stranger.
